Sakhele consolidated was established by Gideon van der Schyff, incorporating an honest approach that has become the foundation of the relationship between client and designer. Sakhele consolidated started as a small Architectural firm focusing on residential projects. Our focus in the construction industry is to provide a full turnkey solution from concept to final completion and facility management for the lifespan of the building.

We currently working with SPEC serv and iBuild Supply to create new technologies for the building industry and implementing it into our designs. With more than 35 years experience in the construction field, we are more than ready to help you with all your construction needs.

Until recently, cannabis has been a globally prohibited substance. Many people are unaware of the medicinal properties of cannabis and those who want to use it for medicinal purposes can face exorbitant costs and a severely restricted and unreliable supply. Scientists believe the bioactive constituents in cannabis can provide a range of physical and psychological health benefits.

Medicinal cannabis products are in demand in countries that have already legalized the cultivation, production and use of full-spectrum medicinal cannabis products and CBD, and as scientists learn more about the therapeutic benefits and pharmaceutical uses, demand is increasing. Our research suggests there is an upward trend being experienced in global usage and demand. KPMG estimates the global cannabis consumer health market is expected to grow to $43.8 billion with strong CAGR growth of 28.4% (period between 2016 and 2027). Following global trends, the South African cannabis market has also been on a strong growth trajectory and is forecast to witness significant growth over the next few years, increasing by approximately 33% between 2019 and 2023.

Similar to the global market situation, the growth of this market has mainly been driven by the easing of legislation and the increasing awareness of the potential health benefits of cannabis. Schyff Group believes the current evolving situation represents an opportunity to take advantage of the expected growth in a fledgling industry in Southern Africa.

By providing a platform where existing applications can communicate to, we allow construction professional sa single place where they can communicate to each other as well as document the building process on the property itself, creating a holistic view of both the costs, inputs and adjustments that occur during a previously complicated system into a single manageable solution. As well custom applications that share information about current niche markets allow greater insights into the construction industry previously unheard of.

An Example of just one integration point that is in the process of being launched is iBuild Supply, which will allow us to farm real time costing of construction materials. Fast Tracking the Quantity Surveying Professions ability to first produce a Bill of Material and later versions will allow an estimated full Priced Bill of Quantities within seconds. Other applications being released soon, will allow us to manage construction events, maintenance and service issues in general which will allow greater insights into facilities management solutions and cost controls.

We will be a game changer in the BIM environment, and have already estimated on prototypes that we will allow professionals to save time and money by using our solutions, with estimates for lighting engineers what would take 5 days in estimation would soon take just a single day, with less likelihood of errors. We want to change the construction game, from being a re-active industry to having the tools to allow them to be a pro-active industry, providing the solutions to make choices with knowledge rather than guess work. Through an application base of no less than 140 custom based mini apps already planned within Specserv and the possibility of allowing other development firms to build their own applications to be integrated within the platform through API references
